Green Earth Pan by Ozeri

The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is one of the world's first frying pans with non-stick coating that is absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA and other harmful chemicals.

What is PTFE? 

It is called PolyTetraFluoroEthylene which is known to release toxic chemicals at high temperatures. 

What is PFOA?

This is PerFluoroOctanoic Acid which is know as a pollutant to the environment.

What I really like about this pan is that even at high temperatures there are no harmful toxic fumes.

When taking care of your pan, you should wash by hand. 

This pan was great for cooking fish. The fish did not stick to the pan and it turned out delicious.

Green Earth Frying Pan Textured Series

We got the 10" inch Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri with textured ceramic non stick coating.

I like the texture to the pan. It has been working well with meats, pasta, and veggies that we have made.

My hubby lightly coated the pan with some oil. Put the fish in the pan. It was simple. No mess.

You actually don't even need that much oil, we just like olive oil and butter way too much. This is my new favorite pan in our home now.
