D' Artagnan Uncured Bacon

D' Artagnan is passionate about natural and sustainable food and production. They are very serious about quality of their food. We got to try their bacon, a duck leg, and organic chicken thighs. I am hooked on the quality and taste of their food. It was all so delicious.

My son was really happy with the Uncured Applewood Smoked Bacon, which I was surprised at because he is a super picky eater. My husband and I both enjoyed all of the bacon. I like that it is uncured also. The duck bacon reminded us of pastrami and we used it like a sandwich.

D' Artagnan is the one place I can get duck. I am a big fan of it since I was a kid. We just broiled this for a few minutes since it is already fully cooked. Then I put it in a frying pan for a couple of minutes too. My daughter loved this. We are a dark meat loving family.

I would definitely buy the duck leg again. We have D' Artagnan sold at our local grocery store.

You can also order the food online and it will come delivered to you. 

We also received organic chicken thighs which were perfect for us. We always try to get natural or organic meat if possible. Thighs are easy to make and you can pair it with you favorite veggie and rice. Or pasta. I'm so glad companies like this exist.
